have you found a cure for acid reflux/hiatel hernia
Has anyone had an operation or found a cure for acid reflux/hiatel hernia? I have a case which results in sleep apnea when I drink alcohol because of acid closing my throat...My doctor says all the operations have too high a percentage of bad side effects.

Unfortunately, alcohol in itself, is a mj. trigger and I have had that awful backwash you describe .. it is very scary when you have an episode like that.
Diet, coupled with meds and change of lifestlye sometimes will help.
