Hi,
Black tarry stools indicate bleeding in the upper GI tract. Since you have dyspeptic symptoms also, you most probably have a bleeding peptic ulcer.
Upper GI endoscopy has to be done to find the source of bleedingand treat it.
You need immediate medical attention.

Black tary stool to me sounds like you could have an Ulsar. Caused by Acid build up, it explains your bloating and food coming back up. Now as for the nausea, I have no idea, I have had nausea ever since I was diagnosed with GERD, so maybe gastric reflux can cause nausea, but with a black stool I would go to the Doctor Asap. thats a sign for a bleeding ulsar. Not garunteed, but to be safe go have it checked out as soon as you can.
