surgical tightening of the anterior muscles to prevent gerd

I have problems swollowing food and not having it come back up or actually getting stuck at the end of the esophagus.I noticed that there is less of a problem if I push back on the skin around my neck when I swollow and there is no reflux.  Could tightening of the muscles in the anterior of my neck correct the problem?

Hi,
Thats not the solution.
Motility disorder like achalsia cardia should be ruled out.
I would suggest esophageal manometry test and upper GI endoscopy before planning any treatment.

I have a problem with throat / oesophagus as well. Last night i took my antibiotic tablet swallowed it without water, then went to sleep. This morning i feel pain in my throat, i thought i didn't give enough water to tablet to go down, so i took warm water glasses, didn't work out, so i ate some rice and banana trying to push the tablet down. Still couldn't work out. Think it will be better during the time, but until now (it's afternoon) i still can feel pain when i swallow. It's not like a flux, but i feel a thing inside behind my throat, in the end of neck. I tried to bend and move that thing and it could came to my middle neck, i can feel the pain move to there too.

Help me please what happened to me.
