Can low gall bladder function cause lymphocytic colitis?

I have had chronic diarrhea now for over 2 months. I go anywhere from 4-5 times a day. It is worse in the morning, even before eating food. I had a colonoscopy done and it came back with lymphocytic colitis. I also had an abnormal gall bladder HIDA scan done and my ejection fraction rate was 20%. They say normal is above 35%.
So, they agree to remove the gall bladder. Will that stop the diarrhea? I also have horrible acid reflux.
Thanks for any input!!!
