Feeling pop upper right quadrant right after laproscopy gall bladder surgery

I had gall bladder surgery Wednesday Jan 24. I am recovering and everything I breathe deep or stand up straight I get the feeling if immense pressure and where my gallbladder used to be I feel this "pop". It's getting quite uncomfortable. I'm concerned I could have developed a hernia or some other issue. I feel much better when I'm lying down.
