Gall bladder removed and inability to eat or drink-

53yr old lady - very active physically fit - worked a very manual labor job life long raising cattle and horses. After 3months of hell I went to the doctor which led to gallstone diagnoses and prompt gall bladder removal- one month later I am still  un able  to eat or drink. A cat scan revealed ulcers .I was diagnosed with ulcers and h-pylori 2 years prior. Can ulcers keep a person from being able to eat anything? This is horrible. I am now a size "0" and have lost my quality of life in a huge way. I want to check into the hospital and get a feeding tube or something. I am starving , weak, and now anemic . Please help
