How to minimize symptoms until gallbladder removal

I had a HIDA scan that showed an ejection fraction of only 1%. So my gallbladder will be removed. Problem is I can't have the surgery until June due to insurance issues. How can I minimize the symptoms for one more month? (Minimize pain, nausea, diarrhea, etc.) I've already lived with these symptoms for 2 months, so I hate waiting but I have to. What can I do in the meantime to feel at least a little better? Thanks!

I am doing this right now to try to avoid surgery.  Chicken, fish, turkey, vegetables, fruit, whole grains only, limited diary and eggs.  Nothing processed, no gluten, nothing smoked.  Basically, I cook everything I eat, or order a grilled chicken salad at restaurants. I limit butter or oil when cooking. I find steel cut oats to be very good for a filling breakfast.  It does work, and you'll also feel better generally and drop some weight if you have a few pounds to lose.

You will need to strictly stick to a low fat diet. Eat only bland foods.
