Gallbladder problems

I think I’m having gallbladder problems but want to see if all my symptoms could be due to the gallbladder or if it could be something else.
I’ve been having worsening pains on my right side right under my rib cage. The pain will go from there all the way down to my right hip and extends to my ribs and around to my side and back. I’ve felt pain in my upper back area, just below my right arm pit and at the edge of my peck right by the front of my shoulder. The pain also spreads to my chest where I just get a tight feeling up to my right collar bone and toward the middle of my chest but on the right side. This has now progressed to my throat and neck where it feels swollen sometimes and now I feel it in my right cheek and jaw too. I’ve had heart palpitations and even a couple of episodes where my heart raced up to 160 bpm for up to 5 hours a couple times. I’m a little over weight but have been running 3 miles a day most days for years. I’ve also had EKGs and other evaluations over the years due to being in the military and my EKGs always come back perfect. So, I’m hoping this isn’t a heart issue at all. Can gallbladder problems really cause chest pain and tightness and palpitations like I’ve described? So far I’ve had a couple of ultrasounds and just had a CT with contrast that all came back normal. Everyone that I’ve spoken to about this who has had their gallbladder removed has said that my symptoms are exactly like theirs were before they had their gallbladder removed. Im thinking that there’s a good chance that further tests won’t show any problems but I’m definitely in pain and discomfort and would prefer to just have my gallbladder removed if my symptoms point to that. Will a doctor remove it based off of symptoms but not testing evidence? Will my insurance pay for that? Thanks in advance!
