Post Gallbladder Surgery: Hot flashes after eating

I went to ER last Tuesday with extreme pain and due to results had my gallbladder removed Tuesday night.  I know do not sleep well and am still not hungry, but still eat for nutrition.  The problem is that when I eat I get very hot so much that I want to rip out my skin just to comfort me.  The temp in my apt is set at 70 or below and currently is at 63°.  I cook with no fats, eat vegetables, eggs, fruit or chicken.  Sometimes I eat almonds.  I just can't stand these hot spells.
