Pulling and discomfort in abdomen after ERCP stent removal

I had my gallbladder removed in 2017 and the surgeon cut my bile duct which required an emergency Roux En Y Hepaticojejunostomy.  I had a plastic stent put in my bile duct in Feb which was just removed in April - a short 2 months.  It has been out for 3 days and I am experiencing constant pulling and discomfort in my abdomen.  I already went back to the ER and my blood and CT scan were fine.  Anyone have a similar issue?? No idea what it is...
