Ruq pain, gallbladder?

I've been having this mild pain for about two months now, it comes and goes but it's every day. It is very localized and if I massage it I can feel it's my gallbladder.  It's dull and sometimes crampy. Fatty foods do not set off the pain. I have been losing weight without trying, so far about 6 lbs because of lack of appetite, and my hair looks dry and lifeless. My labs are good and ultrasound shows no stones, no nausea, no diarrhea, no vomiting. I will ask my doctor for a hida scan but what else could it be? It's causing me great anxiety.
