Still having problems 4 years after gallbladder removal

I had my gallbladder removed almost 4 years ago. I was a freshman in college at the time, & I had been diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia. Basically my gallbladder wasn’t functioning properly. For almost a year after my surgery, I had nothing but problems. I lost a lot of weight, was having awful diarrhea & vomiting all the time. It seemed to get better. But now I’m having the same problems again. I have pain that feels like gallbladder attacks, yellow or pale colored diarrhea not long after meals, & occasional vomiting. I’ve been tested for pancreatitis, H pylori, C Diff, & a few other things but they all have come back negative. If anybody else has had these problems & knows a solution please let me know!!
