Will my metabolism change after gallbladder removal?

Hi there, i'm a young female who might have my gallbladder removed and i was just wondering if it will affect my weight? I have a high metabolism and cannot put on weight, most of my fathers side of the family are the same, but i was wondering if my body would wipe out my high metabolism? My mother and sister had theirs removed and put on a lot of weight but they don't have high metabolisms like me, i'm just concerned that i won't look the same
