gallbladder removed still no improvement.. very scared

hi i had my gallbladder removed 3 weeks ago as i had biliary diskynesia - no stones and no pains... 6% ejection rate...ct scan of abdomen , thorax and pelvis is normal,  ultrasound and all blood reports are normal including pancreas.... i had absolutly no apetitite before the removal as i i never felt hungry... i was loosing weight fast...now after 3 weeks i still dnt feel hungry and im still loosing weight.....i have no energy.. what further test should i do ? what seems to be the problem? please help me i m helpless

The interaction with doctors stopped several years ago, so there generally isn't a way to get in contact with them directly. Have you discussed matters with your primary doctor?

Have you doctors done a through GI investigation using colonoscopy and endoscopy? Given that you were not experiencing pain or issues with your defective gallbladder, your doctors may have missed the real problem, with the distraction of your additionally diseased gallbladder.

ya they did endoscopy.. it was normal..
the only test i didnt do was the colonoscopy...shud i  do any further investigation ??
the weighloss is stoped now.. but still i have absolutly no hunger... i have to force feed myself
also did gastic emptying and it was also normal.... now the weight loss has stoped but still i have no hunger.. i still have to force feed myself... i only manage to eat about 400cals a day...

yes i have but they are also confused.... no one is able to find a solution...some docs told me i might be depressed.. so i tried psychatrist also but that also didnt help... problem is not mental but physical only...... can u recomend some further investigations??

thank you for ur reply sir..... but why do u thnk i m getting my apetite back? can u recomend any more test? how much time shud i wait? i can go anywhere because of having so low energy... my social life is gone...;(

Anything unusual wrt your CBC whlte blood cells and differentials? How are your lymphocyte and neutrophil counts?

sir all blood work is normal including wbc, platelates, rbc,  lymphocyte and neutrophil counts.... stool report is also normal...
i dont think colonoscopy wud b needed because i have no problem with bowel movement.....
what further investigation shud i do???
hb =14.9
rbc = 5.5
wbc = 4700
lymphocyte = 36
neutrophil =56
platelates = 154000
all the blood test below are also normal -
pancreas fucntion test , thyrod t3 t4 tsh, liver test, kidney functioning, sugar level, cholestrol, hiv 1,2, all vitamins icludinf b12 and d
Just stay diligent like you are, hopefully you will begin to feel normal. You're on top of things for sure, you can't do anything more that that. Take care.
