Recurrent cancer after gastrectomy + esophagojejunostomy???

hi all
my mother is 63 years old. she has poorly differentiated adenocacinoma in pyloric and antrum region. Her gastrectomy + esophagojejunostomy was done 3 months ago. She is given esmoperazol and motilium. now the joint of surgery has become so hard like a stone. she cant eat properly due to sever pain and heart burn. she is loosing weight and cant even stand up? any suggestion will be highly appreciated

If your mother is unable to eat, consider feeding tube. This is a complex case. You should discuss with healthcare team.
