Can someone help me please to understand this report.

#Mild hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty Infiltration.

#Evidence of a well defined hypoechoic heterogeneous lesion in muscles layer of anterior abdomen wall in right hypogastrium.
Nature ?   FNAC.

#Prominent gaseous bowel loops at bilateral flanks and pelvic.



Microscopic Examination

USG guided FNA smears from anterior abdominal wall lesion are moderately cellular and show large papillaroid clusters and singly scattered tumor cells in a hemorrhagic background.The individual tumor cells are Moderately pleomorphic with high N:C ratio,around to oval nucleus,coarse chromatin,prominent nuclei and moderate amount of eosinophilic cytoplasm.


Impression

USG Guided FNAC from anterior abdominal wall lesion

Metastatic deposit of Adenocarcinoma.
