LATERAL INTERNAL SPHINCTEROTMY POST SURGERY BLEEDING

I had  a rough recovery, It was a full 3 weeks until I return to work. I expect to be out for 1 week. I had a few complication  with the creams the dr prescribed I was allergic.  I feel I'm in a pretty good  place now every looks like it is healing .  I am experience on and off bleeding when sitting on the toilet.  I am not push or even trying to do a movement however when I wipe there is blood and not a little drop, It is not ever time either .  Not sure if this part of the healing process or I created an fissure .  Any help advice would greatly appreciate.
