frequent diarrhae with weight loss

i am living in india and having diarrhae again n again from past few months
with considerable weight loss but could be the possible reason  if  you can suggest what to do

Diarrhea appears in actual AIDS (disease), not likely just in infection without the disease.

But ther could be other diseases liuke inflammation of the colon. Stool and blood is usually checked first in any case - from there the doctor should tell you what to do.

First, you should have a stool test for:
- parasites (bloating, diarrhea and weight loss are common, MUCUS often appears in the stool)
- fats (in intestinal, liver, gallbladder or pancreatic disease fats are not absorbed properly so they appear in the stool. Such stool would be whitish, floating, foamy and sticky).
