23-yr old Daughter is very sick, vomiting after almost all meals

Daughter suffers from near constant nausea, intestinal pain, constipation/diarrhea; she is 23 yrs. old & has been diagnosed with polycystic ovarian disease, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and has suffered from recurring bouts of Epstein-Barr Syndrome. Tests have been run (ie. colonoscopy), but nothing has been diagnosed gastroenterologically; she also has severe headaches, pain in various areas of her body that nearly cripple her and chronic fatigue. The Dr.s  here are not able to even suggest a diagnosis; we think it is probably Fibromyalgia. Can you help?

Sorry to hear this a an out your daughter. Have they checked up higher, like esophagus area? Just curious. I'm not sure she you live, but in Houston , Texas,  there is an excellent GI doc who works hand in hand with Gyn. His name is John Mathias. I went to him years ago... traveling very ill by plane. He is one of the most compassionate,  understanding and knowledgeable doctors I have ever met! He has a great bedside manner and will take the time needed with every patient. He had a PA named Camille who was the same as him.

That all being said, I saw him 20 or so yrs ago and the medical profession has been forced to change in many ways. I did google him and it shows his practice is still up and running on Fannin St. In Houston, Tx.
