2nd try- Constipation/Nausea/Brain Fog

I’ve been having these symptoms amongst many others over a 3 month, going on 4 month span now. I noticed my symptoms were worse after smoking, read up on CHS, stopped smoking, but symptoms still persist now almost 2 months later. At first I had frequent, small and snotty stools, now I am unable to go hardly ever. I don’t even get urges to defecate at all even though I do feel like my bowels have content in them. I had sharp pain in my left side under my lowest rib. Omeprazole helped, but I can’t be on that forever so I’ve read. Pain comes back when meds wear off. I get very nauseous after eating and at night, and I’m only able to eat bland foods. I hardly have any appetite. Even a single bite of pizza sends me in to a nausea episode. I also get nauseous if I don’t pee immediately when I feel the need to. ER checked my blood and x-rays, both came back normal but said I’ve lost 28lbs and need to see a GI. I’m working on that, but in the mean time, what could this possible be? I’m also losing fair amounts of hair in the shower everyday, much more than usual. I’m constantly tired and feel as if I’m on something like Xanax 24/7. I’m 23, was in otherwise good health, and very physically active. I just need some clarity here. Please help!
