Abdominal Pain and Loose Orange Stool

Hello! Every so often I get some pretty intense stomach pains. It'll come in waves and sometimes brings me to tears. Before the last two times I've had it (which was today and last week), it had been almost a year since I've last suffered such pains, but it used to happen about once a month. Today I had three waves of stomach pains again, and then the sudden urge to defecate. I went to the bathroom and pressed on my lower abdomen with my fist while I leaned forward (it always does the trick) and out came fluffy loose orange stool. Any idea's on why? This morning I ate an orange and Chex cereal. Yesterday's lunch and dinner consisted of gluten free (i have an intolerance) spaghetti, and yesterday's breakfast was Chex cereal and hot dogs with ketchup and mustard, no bun (college student). Thank you!

Last week it was heart-side, abdomen, directly below the rib cage.
Today (and it occurred again about an hour after I posted, but it was only one wave of pain until I made my way to the bathroom with orange diarrhea) it was less obvious and the pain came from all of the lower abdomen.

Where is your pain? Sounds like a form of malabsorption. I get this when I have pancreas flares. Could be IBS too?

Also, I tend to defecate often. 2-4 times a day. It's usually pretty normal (type 3 or 4) and brown, but sometimes can be small pellets. And I drink lots of water, so there is no way I am dehydrated!
