Abdominal pain any time I eat

I have been having abdominal pain since April. Gallbladder was removed, but pain has persisted. So far all tests have come back normal. Negative for celiacs and h-pylori, test for delayed gastric emptying was normal, esophagus looked normal, and CT scan was normal. GI doctor has said that I'm lactose intolerant so I have been adhering to a lactose free diet. I have had dairy a couple times, but I made sure to take an enzyme tablet. I'm still having abdominal pain. I have a nephew who has been diagnosed with EOE,  and my sister says my symptoms are much like his. I mentioned this to my doctor, but he said that since my esophagus was normal when he did my scope there's no need to test for it. I'm not one to listen to medical advice from someone who isn't a doctor, and I'm not one to go to the doctor either. I've been to the doctor more since April than I have in the last 20 years. I have researched EOE, and I'm starting to agree with my sister. It took almost a year for the doctors to figure out that was what was going on with my nephew, and I'm starting to feel as stressed out as she was. I just want some relief from the pain. I want to be able to eat without having to worry about whether or not what I'm eating is going to make me feel like my stomach is having contractions. Any suggestions on what my next steps should be?
