Acidity / Gastric problem

I have been having Acidity problem for many years, but not so frequent. Once in a while I had this burning sensation. I live in India and I am abroad now for 2 months trip. It's been almost a month since I came abroad. I have started getting acidity problems and also gastric issues. I have pain above the chest quiet frequently and started getting pain (intermittent) between heart and lungs. My urine is  yellow (normal sometimes) though I drink lot of water and juice. Motion is not so free.  I have started taking tablet (Razo-D : Antacid) in the morning 30 mts before breakfast. My diet includes cornflakes, milk, tea, coffee, Rice, vegetables, lentils, wheat flour pancake, yogurt and plenty of water. I want to spend another 15 days without consulting doctor here and want to take complete treatment back in India. Please suggest me the temporary measures and what is that I may be actually suffering from.....(am not able to put it simple and crisp..please bear with me for the long query).

first of all your problem is not acid re-flux and you developed a stage called GERD(gastro esophageal re flux disease) , the main symptoms are heart burn, shortness of breath(some times),neck pains and sore throat etc .razo d is a good medicine for this even though it has some side effects but along with this you have to stop taking caffeine products like coffee  dairy products like chocolate and fatty, spicy foods .do exercise regularly(avoid heavy weight lifting and bending excersies)  , eat proper food like fruits and some protein content fibre foods and finally but most importantly to put a full stop for this disease , drink water like a Buffalo lol

gerd is not a serious situation but if  you don't take as serious , it will make your life as serious that you won't expect , as gerd is associated with barret esophagus(pre cancerous stage),esophageal  cancer but in a very rare situations.

hope for the best . be positive .. don't loose patience and finally

all the best my friend
