Am I just anxious or is something really wrong?

Got my first job in February. And I took night shift because of more pay. 2 weeks into it, I started experiencing acid reflux everytime I ate something. And it would only happen when I was working. So much that I would regret eating. And it would be worse when I ate something oily. One day I ate chicken fried rice, which was quite oily and the acid reflux that followed it was the worst. I wasn’t nauseous but I thought if I could bring myself to throw up, I might feel better. So I did, but there was blood along with it. To quantify, it was no more than 1 table spoon. Don’t exactly remember if it was bright or dark. But I would say bright. I visited the doctor. He put me on Omeprazole. I have never had acid reflux since nor have I thrown up or felt like. I never had a case of blood in my stool or dark tarry stool. I’ve been tracking my bowel movements all the way long. My first visit to the doctor was 3 days after the throw up incident. Tge doctor also did a cbc and a test for h. Pylori. They came out normal and negative respectively. I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months (May 18 to today). But that’s probably because I haven’t been eating enough ever since. I haven’t had any abdominal pain or cramps. But after eating certain foods (especially moth beans), I experience flatulence and belching. I have had a dull pain in the bottom right rib area which probably lasts for 3-5 seconds and goes away. Same thing on the right side of the navel region. On the scale of 1-10 I would rate them 1. And finally, ever since I started using Omeprazole, I feel a like there’s something pushing on my throat. Mostly under the jaw. First it was only on the right. But now it’s only on the left. The doctor examined my Lymph nodes on 3 different occasions and she said they are all normal. I’m really anxious at this point. Probably also why I’m unable to put weight on. Even the doctors are not sure what is going on.
