Need to know if anyone ever heard that once you have your gallbladder removed you are not allowed to take antacids of any kind.

i'm going to be having my gallblader out soon because of pain i'm having. i do have gallstones but the gallblader is not inflamed i hoping this will work. what do you think? i heard people still have pain.
