Are there any symptoms that point more towards LPR vs Throat Cancer?

Hi guys,

I'm a 22 yr old female and I've been experiencing the feeling of having something stuck in my throat which I feel is more globus sensation, on and off for about 6 months, with pretty bad post nasal drip and excess mucus for about 2 months. Over the last couple weeks I feel like my voice keeps cracking like I need to clear my throat and the last couple of days my throat has been super sore but feels a bit better today. I've always had rather large tonsils and they don't seem to look any different.

I haven't actually seen an ENT or Gastroenterologist yet because i am finishing out a summer internship away from where I normally live. I am a very anxious person, especially about my health, and am wondering if there are any symptoms that would be present with LPR that wouldn't in throat cancer and vice versa. Anyone that can help me relax is much appreciated.
