Severe Abdominal Pain.

Have had severe abdominal pain for last 2 nights.
No sleep at all.
Gets worse when I lie down.
Stomach on fire.
Can't lie still.
Normal ulcer treatment - Zoton - does not seem to work.
Had heart bypass 2 years ago.
Pain is excruciating when lying down, but more bearable when standing.
Located just under ribs.
Bit like ulcer symptoms years ago, but seems more severe.

Please get looked at.  If you've had a heart bypass and your stomach is on fire, you should be looked at to make sure nothing serious is going on.
