Attention Grabber

I work in law enforcement on the east coast and have always been very very active in my career and community fire dept and police. I recently was standing next to a vehicle and felt as though i was having a heart attack and was rushed to the medic's office to only be referred to the emergency room and then be told I was having gall bladder spasms. Ultra sound found that I had a 20 mm gall stone blocking my gall bladder flap that helps and assits in discretion of the bouls in my stomach.
I was told my gall bladder had to be removed and surgery was a must. It was removed Feb 2011 and since then Ive had nothing but problems with energy and fatique and attention span is ridiculous now. I walk through department stores and feel almost like my heart rate is skipping a beat and then pushes harder on the next round of heart beat making more blood shove through and its after every meal and almost makes me black out. Received a stress test, ekg, blood pressure checked, blood tests, chest xrays,
and still nothing. Told me im just "out of shape from surgery" thats bull ****.
I need salads all the time and still have constant problems with energy and was woundering what is there that i can do or have done because I have exhausted all of my sick time and insurance card looks like its been set on fire from tests.

Please help and feel free to email me at any time with suggestions, comments, concerns.

Cblack, do you have any symptoms that may not seem to be related to the symptoms you're talking about - the fatigue and loss of energy? Diarrhea? Rashes? Are you also saying you have 'brain fog?' Have you been checked for celiac disease?

Have you had your thyroid levels checked?

We do have a "gallbladder" forum now, so be sure to stop by there.  But I can tell you that if you will take a complex multivitamin and mineral supplement with IRON in it a couple times a week, and eat steaks when you can, you just might notice a return of normal focus and strength.  When the blood cell counts get too low, usually after an operation like the one you had six months ago, iron levels can drop.  You notice this more after you eat, because all the blood rushes to the stomach to digest.  When you're in department stores and get that sensation, try some deep breathing, but my guess is your eyes are also affected by perhaps low Vitamin A levels, too, which the supplement should help that, as do carrots and sweet potatoes.  But see what the gallbladder people say about proper nutrition after its removal.
