Beads found in Diarrhoea

Been suffering from diarrhoea (currently on the fourth day), nausea, fever, abdominal pain and the shakes. I've assumed that it's just a stomach bug which will sort it's self out soon. However I have been keeping an eye on my bowel movements just to be sure. They've been fairly consistent- mainly water the colour of concentrated urine and feces/mucus which changes between a green and dark brown colour.
After taking some ibuprofen I noticed that there were some small white beads in my feces. I took two 200mg capsules which did contain beads of ibuprofen as it is slow-releasing ibuprofen so I assumed that the beads in my feces were these and just hadn't been broken down due to the diarrhoea.

So I would just like to know whether a) this is probably just a stomach bug and b) if my explanation for the bead things is possible.
