Bloated & not gas!

I had a c-section 5 months ago and still look like I am 8 mo. pregnant. I'm not joking! I have had a Colonoscopy (perfect), EGD (gastritis), but doesn't explain the bloating, MRI on my Abdomen and Pelvic Region, and only showed my spleen is on the upper limits of normal. Every dr. I have seen says my bloating is not due to gas. I am so tired of people asking when I am due. I even went to an allergist. I have done the elimination diet. I have tried no dairy, my thyroid was checked and came back fine. I know this is not weight gain from the pregnancy because after I had my c-section I wasn't bloated for a few days and then I ate regular food and looked like I slipped a basketball under my shirt within 30 mintues after eating. Any ideas as to what it could be? I did the Gluten test & it came back Negative. During the EGD a tissue sample was taken for Celiac testing & that came back negative also. I am also having throbbing headaches that began after my c-section and am on medication for that. I do not know if it is all tied together or not. I can tell you I have also been extremely tired! I can barely function some days and have to take a nap.

You are bloated, I think, be/c the doctor who did your C-section did not replace your abdominal muscles in their correct position during the C-section.  You will always look like you are going to have a baby be/c your muscles are protruding outward.  This happened to someone I know and she had the C-section done at Kaiser. Later she demanded that they go back and find out...the new doctor found the misplaced muscles and sewed them back to their proper place and so she is flat now.  I hope you can demand that your doctor check that option and if this is the problem, then the NEW experienced doctor will do something about it.
