Bloating and Pain - Upper Right Abdomen

40 - M - Over weight
I have been having a very difficult time finding a cause to issues I am having:
Symptoms - bloating with discomfort upper right abdomen-feels like a tennis ball (worsens after eating anything and feels like a grapefruit in liver area), lots of burping and gas, pukey feeling, after eating pain radiates to upper right back, light orange/yellowish stools that sometimes float - these symptoms have been going on for over a year
Testing-unexplained anemia, ultrasounds normal but they mentioned may be a bit of fatty liver, multiple x rays normal, barium pass through looked normal, stomach emptying test normal, HIDA showed now gallstones, CT scan of abdomen 8 months ago looked normal. Scopes show no celiac or crohns. Blood test showed no celiac antibodies a year ago, but 7 months later showed antibodies. Further celiac testing is negative.
I've also been getting strange hives mainly on hands and arms for 2 years and have a history of GERD which I have been taking PPI for over 10 years.
Any recommendations would be appreciated - what could cause anemia, false positive for celiac antibodies, tennis ball feeling in upper right abdomen (liver area) and bloating at all times, gas, and the stool color changes?
