Blood in stool & bloated stomach?

Hi, i'm 17 years old, female. During these recent few months (it's november now) I have been pooping blood (sometimes pure liquid blood) around 5/6 times. And i kind of constantly get an unwell feeling in my stomach, it is always full of gas (bloated i guess), and i get headaches too. What is wrong with my body?

could be many things, ulcer, hemorrhoids, colitis, or a slew of other things. any time there is blood in the stool you need to see a doctor immediately.
