Body odor related to fissure?

Hi,
I have had fecal body odor for a while now. I can smell it a lot too, so I know it’s real. I told my mom, but she thinks it’s my imagination. The past few months I’ve been dealing with gastro problems like stomach aches, diarrhea & severe constipation, body aches, etc. Had an endoscopy for suspected celiac & it was negative. Finally was recommended to visit an allergist by my dietician and had a full skin tag test done. Turns out I’m allergic to milk, barley, rye, tea, cinnamon, cantaloupe, broccoli, sesame seeds, navy & lima beans. I’m not allergic to wheat but I am allergic to the yeast mold in it so I avoid all gluten & dairy, along with the other foods. The “food molds” I’m allergic to are penicillium, rhizopus oryzae, & geotrichum candida. I have been avoiding all the foods I’m allergic to for probably 2-3 months now. Pretty much all of my symptoms have gone away, except gas & body odor. I have an anal fissure diagnosed by the gastro that did my endoscopy, and the first medicine they gave didn’t work, so now I’m using these capsules that I have to put in my rectum every night. I also have anxiety & am seeing someone for it, and I know some gas could be because of anxiety. I really don’t want to deal with this body odor & gas anymore, so please help by leaving thoughts!
