CAT scan results/ heptic cyst ?

Can anyone tell me what my scan results mean? I have a 5cm hepatic cyst within the anterior portion of the right lobe of the liver. Smaller probable cyst within the left lobe of the liver. This scan was done 45 days (May 12, 2006) before I found breast cancer last year (breast cancer found 7-01-06) (no lymph node involvement) but apparently the doctor did not feel the need to tell me about these. I don't have any pain. Should I be concerned? Should they be watching these for growth? Should they have been removed?

I assume you are under the care of an oncologist for the breast cancer?  If this doc has not seen the report you describe, then make an appointment, bring in the report, and ask for clarification.  Ask the same questions you posted here.
