Can Eosinophilic Esophagitis be brought on by C4 pre workout?

I'm 19 years old and was recently diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis after spending much of freshman year with bloating and gas issues. I went to see a gastroenterologist where he first suggested bowel prep (no change) then proceeded to give endoscopy biopsy where I was dianosed with EoE. I had never experienced allergies to any food whatsoever my entire life and was able to eat whatever I wanted. This problem seemed to begin shortly after I began lifting weights and taking C4 preworkout. A person on another post mentioned almost a year ago that they were perfectly healthy and experienced the same thing/diagnosis as well after taking C4. I take it almost every day when I lift, but often experience gas problems after eating. Is it possible that if I cut C4 out of my diet my symptoms will go away, or is it possible C4 has caused me to be allergic to the foods I normally enjoy? Please help I'm at a dead end here
