Cant Drink Water

I’ve asked several different doctors and no one knows the answer or the reason for this.  If I drink 28+ ounces of water in one day, I get a nauseating headache and my bp rises.  If I drink less than 24 ounces, I’m ok although dehydrated.  Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Hello~Have you tried drinking water in small amounts each time you drink it? Maybe you are drinking too much at one time, making in difficult for your body to assimilate it quickly enough almost like drowning your cells.

Hi… Yes, that’s what I’ve been doing….  Drinking small amounts throughout the day.   No matter what I do, I can’t get up to what I should be drinking.
