Cant swallow, can't burp, no hunger or thirst pangs, help me please!

Earlier in the year of 2015 I noticed when eating food, swallowing was a bit difficult but I could still manage to do it. But something about it didn't feel quite right so I ignored it. Then in August 2015 it was at the point where I couldn't swallow food after only a few bites. I couldn't swallow any food in the next couple months, barely liquid or water, and one night I stayed up all night because I couldn't even swallow my own spit. Near the beginning of this, hunger and thirst pangs went away....I still don't have them back. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks in October 2015 trying to figure it out. I have had the following tests:

Endoscopy + Biopsy ruled out GERD, Ulcer, celiac
Manometry showed I didn't have hiatal hernia or achalasia but they did find that near the end of my esophagus was weak but no idea as to why

Barium X-ray showed nothing mechanical is wrong

MRI didn't show too much but they're keeping an eye on a spot in my brain stem that appears to have grown a mm, but they don't suspect it is relation because the location should impact hearing and vision not swallow

I had a CT this past thursday but I didn't know you had to drink 1.5 litres of Telebrix......so even in 2 hours I couldn't even make it through half of it... Even with giving it my undivided attention.

Ive been told I have a slow gut motility in the past but as of the past several months my diet is juiced fruits and veggies.

If I try to swallow either I can't initiate it or it feels partially blocked somehow, almost like a lump but not exactly. Sometimes I'll aspire on the liquid when I try to swallow if trapped air is there...and sometimes if I can manage a burp I can squeeze in a swallow or two additional... but burping is almost impossible. And fluffing.

I hate drinking in front of people because I have to swish it around my mouth for so long trying to get it to go down, or if I choke its embarrassing and Ive done that so many times.

Sometimes with each swallow attempt after I've made it start to head down it will actually creep back up... So how normally you so a swallow and with each it pushes something down? Instead with each mechanical gulp it would move in the opposite direction...up instead of down.

And before anyone wants to jump in with "its anxiety" that's been ruled out by medical professionals assigned to see me at the hospital. Plus if anything my stress level is the least its been probably in my life.

I see tons of people on forums all over the place claiming a very similar problem to mine but no one ever follows up! Are you dead? Did you figure it out? Are you still living with it? I'm 27 years old and this has been plaguing me for nearly a year. I have been doing so many things to try and heal myself but nothing has worked:

Probiotics
L-glutamine
bone broth
bone broth protein powder
digestive enzymes
fermented product fluids
synthroid for a minor hypothyroid...I'm on the lowest possible dose 25 mcg

I actually had this happen tonight - I think. I have other guy issues so I sometimes have weird things happen but this kind of sounds what you had. I had eaten. I have GERD. I was standing up swallowing an orange soda pop and I usually only drink water but the weird part was when I drank and the entire thing went down the back of my esophagus and stopped a few seconds before coming back up bc it was full of air. Thank goodness I was able to burp before it happened. It hurt like CRAZY!!! I most definitely will never forget how that feels, ever. I hope all is well with you now!! ♥️, Nicole
