Getting gallbladder removed, a lot of other problems

About 2 years ago I started having blood in my stool. I went to the doctor and they did some blood tests and I had H. Pylori. They treated that and the bleeding went away for maybe 7 or 8 months. It started again and I went back. They treated me again with a Z pack. Well since then it has been off and on. But here recently I started feeling really bad. A couple of weeks ago I started getting to where I would get really tired in the afternoons and start running a fever. I have had blood in my stool for about the past 3 months and it's like a mucusy blend of blood and diarrhea. Some times I don't have blood in my stool though. I have been to the hospital 3 or 4 times in the past two weeks and they have done an upper g.i. test, a gallbladder ultrasound, and last I had a hida scan done. The hida scan revealed that my gallbladder isn't doing right, they said something like the ejection something was 20% and normally it's greater than 35%. Now here's my question. Could my gallbladder being diseased cause all of these other symptoms? I'll give a list of all my symptoms. I'm only 23, and I'm kind of worried that I could have something else going on with me besides my gallbladder, I have been reading a lot about colon cancer and stuff like that and now I'm worried to death. I did talk to a woman and she told me that she had all of these problems and for years they treated her for a stomach ulcer and it ended up being her gallbladder, so that gives me hope. Here's what all is wrong with me:

-Blood in stool (bright, not dark)
-No appetite (but this just started withing the past 2 weeks)
-I don't eat much when I do eat
-Dead tired in the afternoon (not every afternoon)
-A mild fever a long with the tiredness
-When I pass gas it usually smells awful
-My stomach hurts when I don't eat

My mom had to have her gallbladder removed, but besides that, I'm not sure. My mom talked to my cousin earlier though and she had hers removed and she said that she had the same symptoms as I did and they treated it as a stomach ulcer for a few years (like they've been doing with me) until they did a HIDA scan and they found out it was her gallbladder. I would definitely set up an appointment for one.

You're right. Our symptoms are pretty well identical. Our ages are within range as well. Do you have a history of gallbladder disease in your family? I do. My mom was just told hers needs to come out. I have many friends who've had theirs out and my symptoms don't much match theirs. My throat is raw and red all the time. Also my glands in my neck have been swollen for a year and 2 months.

One more thing lol, I use the bathroom a good bit. Probably 5-6 times a day. I used to only go once or twice a day when everything was working normally.

Oh and another thing I meant to put in there. I burp a lot too. When they did the upper G.I. test they said it just looked like the lining of my esophagus and stomach were kind of raw (they didn't saw raw, can't remember the exact wording).
