Chest, Rib, Arm Pit Pain

I've had this severe, sharp, stabbing pain, all on left side only.  Ribs, front and back and sides, under arms, arm pit, chest where your breast bone meets, sternum and all by my collar bone and back.  I was told it stomach related?  I've had EKG's and bloodwork done all was good and ok.  I do abuse Excedrins and Ibupropen due to migraine headaches too so I know my stomach is messed up from that as well.  My question is does stomach issues cause severe chest pain?  Rib pain?  And Such?  Please Help.  I go to gastrologist in two weeks!  TIA

could definitely be ulcer related. I would go onto a very bland diet. Nothing acidic so no tea, coffee, tomatoes, etc. Try only eating things like plain grilled chicken or fish and steamed veggies. plain brown rice would be good too. You can lightly salt for flavor.
Another thing, did your bloodwork show any elevated pancreatic enzyme levels? Just wondering if acute pancreatitis is a possibility

Hello. thanks for answering me.  I went to GI DR. yesterday and they scheduled an upper endoscopy! 20 more days though.  I am drinking lidocaine for now and taking regular tylenol.  Its my upper stomach and goes into my ribs and breast but only on left side.  He said could be muscular skeletal but doesn't explain my vomiting and diarrhea though so it has to be stomach or ulcers or something.  I can't even do anything. Drive, Eat, Sleep, Walk standing straight up, it's horrible.

excedrin and ibuprofen can damage the lining of your stomach. this can cause acid reflux as well as gastritis. I don't know if it would cause all of your symptoms though.
