Chronic Stomach or Gas Pain At Night

Hey All. I have chronic fairly sever stomach pain that occurs almost every night between 1am and when I actually get up. The pain is best described as a sour upset stomach or severe gas pains. I pretty much can't get in to a deep sleep in the early morning hours every single day. I am a 33 year old male and have had the following diagnostic procedures and/or recommendations from the GI Doc: Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, CT Scan (Found some kidney stones), Adjusted Diet to Gluten Free, FODMAP, prescribed Bentyl (Did not work), Perscribed Amitriptyline (just made me drowsy), etc..... Nothing has worked for me. Has anyone had similar night time experiences and found something that has worked? Any help is appreciated!
