Chronic leftside abdominal pain

Hello, I am a 22 year old male who has been suffering from upper middle left abdominal pain for the past month. When I first starting feeling the pain, I immediately went to my doctor, and told him at the time that the pain was located in my lower abdomen area. I took a urine test, complete blood count, CT scan of abdomen & pelvis, and H. Pylori stool test. All my results came back normal, but I still have some tenderness in my left abdomen. What does this sound like?

Hi, if there is tenderness when touched, then it could be due to trauma or a superficial infection of the skin. The other causes could be gastritis, peptic ulcer disease and GERD. Disorders of the colon can cause pain. These are detected by endoscopy and colonoscopy. Sometimes anxiety with flatulence can cause this pain.  Discuss these options with your doctor when you happen to meet him next time.  Regards.

Can someone please answer my question. I also forgot to mention that I took either an amylase or lipase blood test. It came back normal. However, I am still having symptoms and would like some professional advice. What am I dealing with?!
