Cirrhosis Symptoms - Fatigue with aerobic exercise

I have cirrhosis from HCV.  I'm non-detected for  3 years now. I started getting extremely fatigued after any short, term aerobic exercise. Now if I shovel a little snow, I'm on the couch for a day or two totally wiped out. I don't have fatigue if I do a 3/4 mile walk. I feel like I can't replenish my energy as fast as it's being used during aerobic activities. And I have no clue that I am tired during the activity until the next day. Does this sound like symptoms from cirrhosis? I've had pulmonary and cardio tests and I'm OK in those departments. My liver doc said that my enlarged spleen has shrunk a little, so that's good news. I am doing everything possible to be kind to my liver. I used to be extremely active & am now depressed. What's going on? Tired of being tired.

Thanks for the reply. Some slight itching on the sides, but not like before tx. No GI issues. I don't eat as much I guess because I'm less active, ultrasounds OK. My ND is giving me adrenal boosts. BioSom and adrenal glandular by allergy research. That's about all the info I have. I'm if seeing an endocrinologist might help.

Any other symptoms that don't add up? Rashes? Outright GI issues? How do your adrenal hormones check out?

Hi CalGal, I checked that out. I was on the erythropoietin during tx. But now, everything but my WBC is normal. My WBC is low. Did the exercise tests for cardio and pulmonary issues. They said everything checked out, but I couldn't do more than 2 minutes on the bike. To me, that's not checking out. They throw their hands up in the air and say 'liver I guess'. No acities, either. I'm taking Cobalamin B12 shots 3x's a week and have been for a long time. Getting very frustrated. This condition started before tx and got worse after tx. Any suggestions on where to go or what to do?
