Colon / bowel pain

I have been in extreme pain since February 17 and was diagnosed  with a infection in my colon has never cleared up colonsopy should nothing, I am waiting on a scan for my pelvis/ abdomen area amd I'm still in pain it's on the left side were ur colon is and feels like something is about to burst inside me ,lately the pain is right through to my back ,has anyone else experiencedo anything similar? No other issues with going to the toilet etc

I have been goin for the same stuff two years now after I had kidney stone removed I had an infection in pelvic inflammatory disease and I have problems pooping and the same symptoms happen to me I don't know what it is but one can't tell me nothing my whole body gets red hot all over a few times a day I get really bad headaches my back hurts with this
