Colonoscopy done which found some superficial ulcer in terminal ileum, biopsy taken, inflammation cells extend to muscularis mucussoe and report said that possibility of crohn's disease is likely. Thereafter ASCA and fecal calprotein test done which are normal. Also suffering from H pylori infection. Pls help what should do
