Constant Rumbling/Discomfort

Hi there... I have a quesiton regarding the constant stomach/intestional grumbling/rumbling I have been getting lately. It started about 6 weeks ago. It is pretty constant, I mean ALL the time. I went to the ER a week ago because I was vomiting and they did an abdominal CT Scan which all came back clean, no polyps, tumors, blockages etc...

What can be causing this?  It is constant. Sometimes I am using the bathroom quite a few times a day, especially the past few days. I have changed my diet a lot recently to a much healthier one but still don't understand how that can cause all of this! It makes me nervous that I have something else going on in there.

They also did blood work and urine work and all came back well with that as well. My primary care has me on a PPI to help with any acids I have and wants a sample to see what else is going on...

Before I took any meds to reduce stomach acids I would make sure that my gut bacteria was in balance. If you get an overabundance of bad gut bacteria it causes lots of problems such as nausea, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, gas, pain, etc. Try using Align probiotics or something similar for a month and see if that helps. I had all of the mentioned symptoms and was diagnosed with SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) and a course of antibiotics followed by Align has kept me feeling normal.
