Constant gagging/nausea, cold sweats, fatigue, headaches?

Hi everyone, for the past two going on three weeks I have been getting extremely nauseous at night which goes on into the morning and comes and goes during the day. I hardly get hungry during the day, only late afternoon sometimes. I must also add that along with the nausea, a sort of cold sweat comes on. I've even noticed that I am definitely sweating a lot more than usual. 99% of the time it isn't hot at all. I get sensitive to the cold and shiver easily which causes my stomach pain/nausea to worsen and even leads me to gag. Even sticking my tongue out would be enough to gag! I vomit at least once or twice every other day due to constantly gagging. It's hard to eat foods because most foods I love make me gag and hard to even swallow. Headaches are also recurrent but I have always gotten mild persistent headaches. Because of the way I feel, I lose sleep as well (restlessness and the pain itself) making me fatigued and more stressed/irritated throughout the day. Now I must say it could may as well be a result from undereating and being malnourished. I am currently testing out to see if this is true by eating more healthy foods and taking multivitamins even though I puked once shortly after taking my multivitamin :( I am not pregnant, already tested, and am on birth control. I have given the thought of hormonal imbalance because I recently switched pills only because I switched insurances and am currently on my 3rd month. My body should have adjusted by now but I do think about it because my new birth control has more hormones than my old pill. I plan to go to the doctor if this does not passover within this week..

When you go to the doctor I would ask them to check your gall bladder, and maybe have them schedule a colonoscopy. Not sure your age but it always good to error on the side of caution.  Cold sweats sometimes is indicative of an infection, do you have any tendon spots on your abdomen?  Hopefully the doctor will be able to find what has been troubling you.  Good luck.
