Constant stomach pain w/ vomiting

A couple months ago I slept at a friends house. The next night I started to feel queezy. Within an hour of that feeling I was vomiting. Within an hour of vomiting I was on the floor with excrusiating pain in my stomach and still vomiting although it was way more extreme. So extreme that I broke a blood vessel in my eye. This was 3 months ago. Since then I have had constant pain in my stomach and asophagus. I have been to the emergency room 3 times. Prescribed Prevacid, Nexium, and something for nausea as the doc thought it was GERD or severe acid reflux.. Nothing helps. I had a blood test for H.Pylori and it came back negative. PLEASE HELP ME ! I have lost 15 pounds in 3 months and am in agony from the pain. I also can barely eat without that hurting too. -- It is just really baffeling because I have never had ANY health issues what-so-ever before the first night the symptoms appeared ! Especially acid reflux. With that said it seems that it has to be bacterial or maybe viral because of how I went from being perfectly fine to this in a 24 hours span. Please help me. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Please PLEASE look up Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome. The wikipedia account is written by an SMA survivor, like my fiance, who was suffering from dibilating abdominal pain, vomiting, and intense weight loss for several years before corrective surgery simply because it is rare and many doctors wouldnt recognize it on a ct scan, endoscopy, or g.i. series. You need to find a g.i. dr willing to look into and and have a radiologist or someone be able to check the Superior Mesenteric Artery and also see if there is a non-mechanical obstruction somewhere in the duedenum which you can see with that barium swallow test. Don't give up searching, the more ppl who pursue this, the more doctors will recognize it and who knows, maybe it's not as rare as they'd like us too believe ;)
