Constantly vomiting even after diet changes

I’m a previously healthy 30 year old woman who started having issues about a year ago. I’m not overweight, never had an eating disorder, an ever had a concerning or questionable doctor’s visit. It started out as nausea & some vomiting after certain meals (like greasy or spicy). I cut out all greasy foods, no change. I removed spicy food of all kind, no change. It started getting worse about 6 months ago to the point that i can now barely keep down water. I’ve lost 30 lbs in 3 months. All of my labs are normal including my bilirubin. When i do get sick, it can range from immediately after eating to 4 hours after my meal but every time, it’s all undigested...like my stomach isn’t breaking it down?

I don't have an answer, but are you currently taking any Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPI's) or any other medications in general? PPI's are generally used for those with acid reflux / heartburn issues.   These reduce the amount of acid your stomach produces..

My wife used to get sick and nauseous on birth control pills.
