Go to your doctor and tell him where you traveled and ask for some stool tests to check for the 'normal' variety of parasites that can be picked up in areas of the world where you visited. It's not unusual to pick up something while traveling. If that's what happened, you need to be treated with the appropriate meds that ill get rid of it. How long total has it been going on? Did you just get home? It may just be travelers sickness. I doubt it's a parasite because it usually takes about 10 days or more before you show symptoms. Our bodies aren't familiar with foreign bacteria and sometimes you just get sick from the food.
