Diaherra and a rumbling stomach?

In the past year I had two trips to the emergency room, both showing that I had a high level of pancreatic enzymes.  I often have diarrhea, stomach pain, and loud uncomfortable rumbling.
I have an appointment with a GI doctor in a week.  Will they be able to help.
But would could be wrong with me?

When you've got elevated levels of pancreatic enzymes in your blood, it means that for whatever reason they're not being released into the duodenum as they should. Therefore, you're probably not digesting your food properly and putting undigested materials through your system could easily give you diarrhea and discomfort.

The doc will probably want to do further testing to see if you're experiencing pancreatitis, or perphaps to check and see how your gallbladder is doing, because gallbladder issues can impact the pancreas, too.

You might have pancreatitis. That could cause all 3 symptoms, and the elevated enzymes. Other causes of your symptoms would not likely do that.

Make sure your doctor checks you thoroughly for pancreatitis.
